So I have a bit of a different reason to be doing the Biggest Loser challegenge. It isn't so much to loose weight (although I need to lose the weight) but to also get healthy for my upcoming surrogacy pregnancy. Creating a healthier lifestyle is something that I need to do in preperation for and then continue while pregnant. So, I need to lose 15 pounds and learn to live healthier. Also the medication and injection that I will be taking to prepare my body are known to cause weigh gain and I would really like to prevent this.
My goals
-Complete the weekly and daily challages.
-Walk two miles 4 times a week.
-Get on the olipitcal at least once a week.
-Drink 8 cups of water a day.
-Take my vitamins daily.
-Yoga once a week.
-Eat less sugar!

Emily, I still think it is so awesome that you are going to be a surrogate, and I really hope that this helps you to get into shape for it! You are so strong, and I know you can rock it!
