I have been eating healthier. I am down to one cup of coffee since Monday and I have limited my sugar intake to a couple of bites the last 2 day.
Food Diary for Monday:
Breakfast
1 Piece of Whole Wheat Cheese Toast
1 16 oz cup of coffee
Lunch
Chicken Artichoke Sandwich on Focaccia
Couple of bites of caramel cheesecake (It is hard not to eat what you bake)
Dinner
8 oz of Cheddar Corn Chowder
3/4 Trout with Rissoto and Spinach (Bill ate about 1/4 of my meal)
Food Diary for Tuesday
Breakfast
1 cup Oatmeal with a little brown sugar, a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of 1/2 & 1/2
1 16 oz cup of coffee
Lunch
Pita with Cucumber, Tomato, Chicken, Feta, and Cucumber Yogurt Sauce
A handful of chips
Edamame Hummus
Dinner
Red Beans and Rice
1 cup yoplait strawberry yogurt
Neither day did I drink nearly enough water. I did take my woman's vitamins and my vitamin C.
Yesterday I cleaned the patio at the restaurant. This worked up a sweat so I am counting it. I was out there for an hour working hard. Raking gravel is not fun. Today I did nothing but work. I have to get better about walking.
I know how hard it is to resist the sugar! I've been eyeing those stupid cookies for 2 days now! GRR!
